“ Stayed overnight for a fishing tournament at nearby Hubbard Creek lake. Rooms are old, but they are clean and comfortable. Air conditioned, beds are a little hard. Check in was quick and easy. Had parking for our boat, with security cameras around. Easy to get in and out to the lake. Ok for small town lodging. ”

“ This is an older property. It was clean and well lit. Furniture is older but in reasonably good shape. Flat screen TV and good channel choices. Probably as good as you can expect in small town Texas. This is a place to sleep and take a shower. Given the low price, that's probably all you can expect. ”.
